The Southeast has become a hot bed for automotive manufacturing and development.  Nearly a dozen OEM’s have manufacturing plants or corporate offices located in this region.

Innovation, talent pools, and technology are all critical concerns.  It is with this in mind that University of Georgia in conjunction with the STEAM Sports Foundation has launched:

“T²” - A Technology & Talent Automotive/Motorsports Innovation Summit,

Oct. 11-12, 2020.

​

The agenda calls for automotive engineering students from universities and technical schools throughout the Southeast as well as startup companies come together for a day and a half.  The summit will include presentations, panel discussions, and breakout sessions by OEMs and Suppliers regarding key topics in innovation as well as where opportunities exist for the future talent pool.  Students will vie for grants and scholarships.  OEMs and Suppliers, meanwhile, collaborate on potential opportunities.
