BOB DICKINSON
Bob Dickinson is founder and executive director of STEAM Sports Foundation and CEO/President of Dickinson Partners Group. The foundation provides scholarships and other career opportunities to minority females aspiring to engineering careers in motorsports and/or the automotive industry. DPG focuses on assisting sports and entertainment startups in the areas of launch strategies, marketing, customer acquisition and financial procurement. Both organizations are committed to advocacy programs for equity, social change, and racial justice.
Dickinson has spent his entire career in the sports, television, and entertainment business. His background includes college athletics, the NFL, Turner Broadcasting, Olympics, and motorsports. He sits on the boards of STEAM Sports Foundation and Bridging the Gap. He is author of the book "Me, Jesus, a Beer, and a Cigar".

DR. TAMIKA RAY-HEAD
Tamika is the Founder and CEO of PinkSTEM Inc. and Pink Engineering Educational Consulting (PEEC), a workforce development firm for engineers and IT professionals. Ray-Head has taught Algebra, Physical Science, Honors Chemistry, Earth Science, Anatomy and Physiology. She continues to teach while running Pink STEM and the Government Education Consulting Business PEEC.
She began her journey for mentoring youth in 1998 for the Augusta, GA Boys and Girls Club. The Augusta native is a US Air Force veteran where she was an Air Traffic Controller Supervisor and trainer before holding a position as a Cardiopulmonary Laboratory Supervisor (Respiratory Therapy Concentration). She has a degree in both fields.

Roketa Johnson is a highly seasoned and accomplished servant leader with 16+ years
of IT leadership experience including oversight of infrastructure, application development
and cyber security services. She is skilled in developing creative business solutions,
leveraging diverse methodologies, and delivering engineering solutions for leading
organizations. Ms. Johnson’s consulting clientele ranges in size from small startups to
Fortune 100 companies.
