ABOUT BOB DICKINSON
Bob Dickinson
Bob Dickinson is founder and president of Dickinson Partners Group and STEAM Sports Foundation. Prior to the pandemic, Dickinson Partners Group worked primarily with young companies whose businesses touched sports and/or entertainment. Its primary functions were business development, strategic marketing, customer acquisition and financial investment advisement.
The “pandemic pivot” resulted in an emphasis on the foundation with a focus on workforce development primarily through scholarships for female minorities in motorsports and career summits. To date, with contributions from the likes of General Motors, 23XI Racing, Microsoft and individuals, the foundation has provided 14, $5,000 undergraduate and technical school scholarships.
A career sports and television executive, Dickinson has held positions in college athletics, the National Football League, Turner Sports where he was involved in several Olympics, and in motorsports where he headed media and communications for the American Le Mans Series and was COO of TRG/Aston Martin Racing, N.A.
An active advocate for social and racial justice, he sits on the board of directors for Young Authors Publishing, Bridging the Gap, and STEAM Sports Foundation. In addition, he has special interest in Atlanta’s Westside Future Fund and Partners in Change.
