Jinelee Galindez, recipient of a STEAM Sports Foundation scholarship last year, has been chosen “Outstanding Rookie” in TechForce Foundation’s 2023 Techs Rock Awards. As one of five category winners, she now competes with the other category winners for Top Prize. She left the hospitality industry and enrolled in Universal Technical Institute to become a certified auto technician. Today, she serves in that role at Mercedes Benz of South Orlando.
