ATLANTA, GA - With an eye on career development in the sports and entertainment sector through workshops and career fairs, Dickinson Partners is relaunching its website for STEAM Sports Group and STEAM Sports Foundation.
The inaugural “Powering Silicon Valley” STEAM Sports Summit [VIDEO], held at San Jose State University, drew students and executives from Bay Area professional sports team as well as Silicon Valley corporations that touch sports and entertainment.
As the STEAM Sports Summit™ plays a more integral role moving forward, the group intends to extend relationships in areas of human resources, corporate recruiting, community development, marketing and branding.
The firm, started in 2015, serves as both a marketing and special events firm to companies touching the world of sports and entertainment. It activates around science, technology, engineering, arts and math and with an emphasis on how STEAM dramatically influences the sports and entertainment sector. Its foundation is dedicated to creating STEAM sports/entertainment scholarships and supporting STEAM oriented educational programs.

Emphasizing the STEM/STEAM behind motorsports, Honda Performance Development visits leading automotive engineering universities with its IndyCar program during select race weeks. HPD not only targets the colleges’ engineering students, but also invites area high school students to campus to learn how STEAM impacts the auto and motorsports industry.
